Recurring questions / short answers
F.01 How does the 30-day trial work?
We require a card to keep bots out, but during the first 30 days no charge is made. Cancel before day 30 and there's nothing to pay. During the trial you enjoy the Pro plan quota.
F.02 What if I exceed the monthly quota?
We keep processing your documents (we don't stop your work) and Stripe charges the overage at month-end at your plan's per-document rate. You receive notifications at 80%, 95% and 100%.
F.03 Is VAT included?
Yes, listed prices include 21% VAT. Your monthly invoice arrives by email with full tax breakdown.
F.04 Can I switch plans later?
At any point from your client portal. The switch is immediate and the charge is prorated.
F.05 What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Access stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
F.06 Is there a free plan?
No, but the 30-day trial at the Pro tier is broad enough to test Nexa with real invoices from your sector.
